Technical Information

Definition of CCFL is Cold Cathode Flourescent Lamp. This type of light produce very little to no heat. The Unique design does not carry any filaments internally therefore the life of the rings are much longer than the conventional rings. Under normal use, the rings will give you over 50,000 hours. That is over six thousand days if you have it on 8 hours a day. Installation of the rings inside headlights will include baking of the headlight. Professional installation is not required but recommended if you are not good with your hands.

What will be included in the package?

Package will include the following: 2 CCFL rings, two transformer, epoxy 2 part glue and installation instruction.

Is there any switch included?

No switch included. I imagine everyone is going to want to set them up their own way and their own style switch (2-way, 3-way, toggle, rocker, lighted, non-lighted, black, chrome, etc).

What color ring do you have?

Red, Green, White, Yellow, Pink, Orange, Purple.

Professional installation required? Can I do this myself?

Yes. You will be able to install it yourself with installation instruction provided. Professional installation is not required but recommended if you are not good with your hands.

Can you do the installation for us?

Yes, with can do installation for our customer if you do not feel comfortable installing them yourself or cannot find anybody to do it for you. Please contact us for more details.

Will the heat from the headlight melt the CCFL rings?

The heat will not melt the rings. CCFL rings are made from glass, can even withstand constant highbeam.

Why you need to have this on your bike?

1.      To alert other vehicles that you are coming on their way.

2.      To attract other people attention with the colors.

3.      A very inexpensive way to make your bike look more aggressive and more luxurious at the same time.

4.      So bright that the CCFL rings will be visible during the day and visible during the night with your headlights turn on.
